Overview:
This heat meter requires a pair of temperature sensors to be respectively installed on water inlet pipe and outlet pipe in which heat-carrying fluid passes through, and the flowmeter is installed on fluid inlet or return pipe (Final measuring results are different when the flowmeter is installed on different positions). The flowmeter sends out a pulse signal proportional to flow rate. A pair of temperature sensors gives an analog signal indicating the temperature. The integrator collects the signal from flow and temperature sensor to figure out the heat obtained in heat exchange system by computational formula. Compared with water meter, electricity meter and gas meter widely applied in construction industry in the past, this heat meter has more complicated design and higher technical content.
Function:
1. Wireless frequency self-calibration technology: It can effectively avoid wireless signal frequency deviation caused by the temperature change to ensure wireless signal receiving reliability.
2. Electromagnetic wave wake-up Technology: Wireless remote heat meter can automatically detect meter reading signal during its dormant state, reducing power dissipation of heat meter.
3. Automatic data correction technology: Data accuracy can be ensured due to multiple data backup, intelligent analysis and error correction, and high anti-interference performance
4. Fully-sealed thermal insulation design: All circuits are sealed with epoxy resin to bring good sealing performance, without exposed electrodes. Circuit board is safely separated from heat source, which ensures circuit board can work stably in humid, high water temperature environment for a long time.
5. High precision technology: It adopts German ultrasonic special detection chip. Flow is calibrated in 8 sections to ensure high accuracy. Temperature is calibrated with digital method, and its error is close to 0.
6. Straight-through acoustic channel, no moving parts, no abrasion, being not affected by water quality, and less pressure loss.
